When you hear Starbucks’s name the first two things that crosses you mind are coffee and the twin-tailed mermaid. Starbucks is an American coffeehouse chain, it was established by Howard Schultz in 1971 in Seattle, Washington. because if you visited the ones there and compered it with the ones we have here in Oman they’re totally different in so many ways. Starting from the food menus to the cups and gifts. The company should step up their game by re-modeling their place and start using up-to-date technology to make it easier for the customer. For example we don’t have a drive-thru nor a branched that’s opened 24/7 here in Oman, and we don’t have the Starbucks app although its available in most of the other countries specially that nowadays you could literally buy and pay and get your order without even having to leave you house. In the end Starbucks have a humongous number of loyal customers around the world and to keep those customer coming back you need to make sure that they’re satisfied with the survives that you have to offer.
