I was introduced to the series by a friend, and it reeled me in immediately. It was the adventures of Jean-Luc Picard and his team that led me to wake up at four in the morning, rushing outside to catch a glimpse of the falling meteors with my telescope. As I sat, staring into the lens, my wildest dreams whispered to me, “Maybe you’ll see an alien ship.”
Civilizations in space. It sounds like something straight out of fiction, but is highly probable.
I began to wonder about what extraterrestrial life could possibly look like, behave like, speak like, et cetera. While growing up, I felt like I was conditioned to fit myself into a particular box or way of life. I couldn’t possibly allow myself to think of the
