Bullying is a modern day aggressive behaviour that involves with the use of force, threat, or coercion to abuse, intimidate, or dominate others. Due to bullying, almost 75% of people get pushed, step on our dignity and treated with 0 respect, every day. It has been a huge impact on our life, it’s happening right here, right now, so frequent that sometimes many do not know they are a victim of bullying. Standing up for yourself can be very challenging in life, especially when you’re used to letting people have their way or just like pleasing people. The person may physically harm you with his own hands or an object, or he may threaten to physically harm you, overtime becoming more violent and aggressive.
2)Invading Your Privacy
Bullies can also caused discomfort in other ways, such as invading your personal space on a continuous basis. If you busy working in school, the bully may come and disrupt you or completely destroy your project. Usually trying to intimidate you or scare you, without using directly punching you in the face. But can potentially start a physical fight with you as time goes on. 
3) Verbal Bullying 
Verbal bullying comes in many ways include: screaming, yelling, shouting. The bully may yell insults at you or mock you loudly in the presence of others. It is important to notice if the bully is causing you psychological pain through insults, and can hurt you to the same degree and to the same level as physical abuse. Hence you have to learn how to deal with the bullying. When someone tells you, you will never be able to achieve something, do not let it get to you and beat yourself up with it. Instead, be the classy one and politely return them with a positive comeback to them ‘I may not be there yet, but I’m closer than I was YESTERDAY, this might not only help you to stand up for yourself but also give you motivation on achieving what you want. The key is to always stay optimistic, if you have a system built within you, no matter how hard they try. The stronger your system is, the harder it is for them to break you down. As bullies are not someone who wants the better for you, but someone who is there to tear you down. Don’t allow someone to affect you easily, their comments is so small in the vast of 7 billion people.

Even if they’ve provoke your most humiliating moment, maybe it was when you perform badly. The key is to be OPTIMISTIC,if you get affected by these insult so easily, you can’t survive in the world. There’s so much more than just a hater. Always try your very best to be positive, tell yourself: At least I’ve tried, I’m so much more better than you, as I did not run away from an obstacle just because it was difficult or could humiliate me. At least, I could tell myself, hey, it may be bad, but I CONQUERED MY FEAR! I HAD THE COURAGE to stand in front of hundreds, I SANG
