Standing Up For Your Beliefs

When you take a stand for what you think is right it can make such amazing things happen. Standing up for what you believe is right is important. It is important because it shows leadership and it creates change. Standing up for what you believe is right shows leadership. For example Martin Luther King Jr. showed leadership by standing up for what he believed was right. He made amazing speeches and leading huge marches for African American people and civil rights. You can also stand up for what you think is right by sitting down. You can create change in many ways, you could lead protests, make speeches, or you could even sit down for your beliefs. For example, Rosa parks created change in the world for what she believed was right.
