As I tap my pencil on the side of my desk, my heart races at the thought of my future. I struggle to focus as the teacher tells us to start the test. Unfamiliar questions appear on the paper and I began to panic. The world seemed to be moving in circles as my breathing rate increased. This feeling that I felt is something that about 20% of students feel when it comes to standardized tests. And that, is called test anxiety. Standardized tests are the reason that many students like me suffer from this disorder, which leads us to ask ourselves a simple question.
