As a result, I am naturally one of the students to finish last, the reason being that I always want to ensure I get the right answer. It causes me to focus intensely on one answer to the point where I would second-guess myself. Second-guessing is bad because I could have gotten the answer right the first time. The questions make me overthink and spend a great deal of time checking the other possible answers. I have always felt terrible for having finished so late compared to others. Oftentimes, I see nearly everyone in the room is done with their papers and they’re just waiting for me. It feels like I’m excluded from the rest of my peers as if I’m being singled
