Rationale: Standard seven means that I have the ability to to plan my instructions with being being able to meet every students needs. The artifact I have selected for standard seven, is the Osmosis Lesson Plan. I selected this artifact because it reflects on the different adaptions and modifications I would have set up for my students within one lesson for that subject. Another reason why I chose this artifact is because I was able to provide my students with a hands-on science lab, while being able to get the full leaning ability. This specific artifact will impact my teaching because it shows how I will be able to provide the different modifications and adaptions for my students so they are able to meet their needs.
