The Standards of practice for the teaching profession provide a framework of principles that describes knowledge, learning environment, personalized learning, community, reflection, and growth. Those are the things that affect student success. As the ultimate goal of the school is student achievement, standard of practice will help teachers to reach that goal. If the students are successful and do well on the state tests, people say/think that their teacher is very good and successful teacher.
