We are all unique in our own ways. We should fight for our beliefs because we learn something new and it builds up courage. One reason to stand up for your beliefs is that you learn something new. You learn what kind of a person you are and how you would handle stressful situations. You may also learn new information and help you get the right opinions of it. Maybe your beliefs are based on wrong information and the only way to figure that out is to challenge someone with the opposite point of view and figure out where they got their information from. On the other hand, maybe you were right the whole time and you learn new evidence that may help you later on. Furthermore, it takes courage to defend an idea even if it isn't a very strong decision.
