Stand Phony Quit

YES I AM VERY DIRECT AND HONEST and the way i felt when i walked in your office for the last time was the last time i was going to feel that way. I speak on what i feel the need to speak on. Everything doesnt deserve a reaction. Im grown and NO i dont feel the need to tell another grown woman my next move so keep Nat out of it. She has nothing to do with me leaving/quitting. I didnt respond to her just like i didnt respond to any of your other employees. No longer will i settle to work where im unhappy and feel unappreciated. So, YES i did quit! When i left for lunch i had no intentions on coming back. I expected so much from you AS WELL from the interview i had in January but needless to say everything you SAID you dont tolerate in your office is everything that i seen going on AND YOU where always somewhere playing both sides of IT ALL! …show more content…
Laurie i have seen alot of low down things you do within the 9 months i was there and i have never worked for anyone who handles things the way you have. Not to mention the way i have heard you sit around and talk about former employees and etc. Thats far from professional. Everyone is for self. Calls from Judy as if she's concerned about what was going on with my mom when in reality its all for the sake of billing. As far as im concerned being at work was the last thing on my mind. If it was her mom or any of your other favorites in there, nothing would have been said. Enough of the drama and etc. Far as you not understanding why i left. I have my reasons and I know my worth, i settled long enough! You all was so quick to type up a AT WILL FORM after you FIRED Regina but told people she quit. Smh.
