The Manor House (main house) was where the Sieberling family lived. It is 64,500 sq. ft. and includes 18 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, 23 fireplaces, 12 chimneys, 273 doors plus 20 sets of French doors, and 21,455 windows. The Carriage House served as the Estate’s garage, stables, and living quarters for the chauffeur and groomsman. The garage was originally designed to house 10 cars. In the garage was also a mechanic’s shop and a gasoline tank complete with a pump and nozzle for refueling vehicles. The stables included two box stalls, four straight stalls, and a tack room. The second floor housed the chauffeur, groomsman, and their families. The Gate Lodge was built to house the Estate’s superintendent. It eventually housed Seiberling’s eldest son Fred and his family. Fred’s wife Henrietta, who was very involved in the Oxford Group, cornerstoned the idea of Alcoholics Anonymous. Finally, the Ebe house is located at the end of the Estate. This is where the grounds manager resided. It is located right next to the maintenance barn for
