The important stakeholders are the people! My personal belief is policy changes at the lower levels, when people actual take the time to speak out and fight for what they need. We are currently experiencing a change in healthcare. A more universal health care has been enforced by our government and is trickling down into communities. This is allowing people to make choices of access. There are many issues with our healthcare system, however, we are starting to recognize the importance of universal care. The stakeholder is our aging population. The top percent who use health resource. In many ways, younger and healthier people can reflect that our aging population are guinea pigs, because we are working in the health care system are learning
