4.1. Stakeholder Roles and Responsibilities
Stakeholders defined as those who participate in the education of private school students directly or indirectly in Live Oak County. Social interaction between students and their instructors leads to incorporate educational materials and applying lessons to daily life and career goals (Darzi, Officer, Abualghaib, & Akl, 2016). The project manager for this plan will oversee all contract bids, health inspections, calendar updates, schedule changes, and planning meetings. Each private school will be either a customer or a stakeholder in regards to receiving or giving input into the project. Private schools will be responsible for providing a list of students, grade level assigned, and subjects required

As a non-profit, the focus is not only on providing quality educational opportunities for private school students in a rural community; we have to stay on schedule, time, and budget and this will help keep the focus on the customer – private school parents and students. A short questionnaire developed to assist in determining the actual number of students who required tutoring in the subject areas in the GED exam (see Appendix A). Parents simply make their selection on the questionnaire answering: if the need exists, subjects available for tutoring, availability to be a tutor, or identify an advance student to conduct tutoring for others (Persson, Björnram, Elvers, & Johan, 2015). SCA is aware of the limitations of this questionnaire and the impact of respondents not returning the surveys. Milestones are simple guidelines set to ensure a project is progressing on time, within budget, and stays on track without adding to its scope (see Table D). The deliverables for this business plan outlines identifiable, tangible or intangible results of the project plan for this community learning center project. SCA will use internet available applications to keep stakeholder informed of any changes to the three critical areas within this project, time, scope and budget. Since, we are still in the initiation phase of this project the dates given in Table D are subject to change with approval of the process owner. SCA will continue at the end of this project to manage the business aspect of this project and to ensure state compliance is met, donors are current, conduct annual fund-raising activities, membership drives, internet security, and provide the most current and up-to-date educational software for students seeking help with passing GED
