Daily observation is another way the staff performance was evaluated. During the training an evaluator would conduct a one hour observation daily. This information is then turned into a report summary for the Executive Director and the rest of the staff at the CABPH. This information is the filed electronically in there system. Currently the reports have not been utilized internally for more than a way to measure the grant objectives. This is something the program director is working on transcribing now.
Externally the report from the course is turned into a report after each course and given to the Office of Individual and Family Affairs (OIFA) which is part of the ACCHS. The report is in order to comply with the grant given to CABHP for the PFCA. Furthermore the report is transcribed into a monthly report intended to report on the contract deliverables. Currently the reports have not been utilized by the governance committee for more than a way to measure the grant
