The worker contacted Shelly English; who is a friend of Stacy Murphy. Mrs. English “Stacy has desperately needed help with her daughter Rosemary for years. Rosemary suffers from behavioral issues and ADHD. Within the last year Rosemary has even started cutting herself on the arm with razor blades. Stacy just wants what is best for Rosemary and she’s doing the best she can, but Rosemary needs help.”
