Stables: A Fictional Narrative

The clock hit seven pm, a black limo drove to the docks of Manehattan. Rainbow kept moving in her uncomfortable dress Stables gave her a smirk.

“You’re too use to wearing suits Miss Rainbow” Stables said,just before stopping the car.

“Don’t wait up for me, Stables” Rainbow said, before exiting the limo. He drove off and she was alone.

As she walked across the cold planks she sniffed from the cold and immediately regretted it. The smell of the ocean was terrible, The dryness of the sea air suffocated her and the combination of smoke from drifting from streamliners was almost too much to bare. The cyan mare drank her tea before turning to Stable, her eyes full with curiosity.

“What’s got you smiling?” Rainbow asked, placing her cup down.

“Well you do, I remember it like yesterday. You said, when somepony better for the job comes you’ll step down and that day has come” Stables smile grew even bigger at the thought of not having to fret over Rainbow all night.

Rainbow looked to her left and black and white picture sat of her two parents and her as a small filly.

“Yes, but I don’t believe she’s the right mare. With all these powers what’s stopping her from taking us all down. It a far step, and I don’t want to kill her to make the world safe for just a bad feeling but, you never truly know,”

“There’s comes a time where I must go, but I’m still needed. This won’t stop me, this mare, this Supermare. Thinks she’s a god and so does everypony else just because she can fly and do things that ponies would think is impossible.”

“She’s no god, she’s just like a normal pony. She has her strength, her weakness, feelings, and God doesn’t work at a newspaper building in Canterlot” Rainbow Dash finished explaining right when Supermare stopped at
