SMdP’s mission statement explain the mission of the school it is transparent to student
and the community. But what role does culture play in a mission driven organization? How will
stakeholders and leader implement a vision and create change to be successful? As we may
know studies regarding organization as a culture have focused mostly on everyday behavior of
the organizations members, showing their ordinary communicative practice (Mumby, 2013. pg.
20). For this to happen there must be a sense of identification that will lead individuals in the
