Work My best job is working at St Luke’s Hospital because there are so many nice people you come across during work. I been proud of working at St Luke’s hospital because of the nice, outgoing, and friendly faces you meet and no one ever judges you. My worst job was working at St Anne’s Nursing Home that was my real first job at the age 17. It was a bad job because of the management was very disrespectful and didn’t treat their employees as a worker. I only volunteer one time and it was when I was in high school. I volunteer to go bowling with the special needs kids it was fun and different because they were nice people just with special needs. My most supportive habits on the job are team work because it makes everyone happy and satisfied. I like team work on the job because it can make work fast, easy, and you can make new friends by helping one another out. Positive Humor What makes me laugh is that having a joking conversation with a friend. I enjoy watching funny shows and movies as well. Sometime I have a sense …show more content…
I will address the concerns in the balance of 2015 by having fewer friends and have friends that have positive minds and behaviors. Self worth I will try to make sure I put my problems first and everyone last because no one is always there to help me with my problems. My emotions are rocky because I always look for love out of someone because I’m an emotional person. Control I will try to balance because I will need to control myself when dealing with different situations that I will come across. My personal strength that might help me is working on myself self first and takes control of myself and deals with others later. I perceive my potential limitations to be that might hinder me is caring for other people and not helping myself out when I’m the one who need to be helped and not

I have been working in a nursing home for a little over a year as a dietary aide and have witnessed many problems within the dietary department. The root cause to all of the problems in the dietary department is bad management from my former manager, Sara. Sara was the dietary manager whose job was to manage the kitchen staff, order food and supplies, and plan out meals and snacks for special events at the nursing home. Bad management existed in the kitchen because Sara gave overtime to her employees like it was candy. The kitchen was understaffed for the past couple of months and so the only way that Sara resolved this issue was to give out overtime.…

Years ago I left my home state of Alabama, where the skies are so blue and I moved to the not so great state of Montana. But soon I will be back to sweet home Alabama,oh,Lord, I'm coming home to you. Back in early March of 1974,I was working at a local convenience store.…

In a review of the sociodemographic of the caregivers, it was found that the overwhelming majority of caregivers are females that live with their Alzheimer’s affected family member and 87% reside together in the familial home and provided an average of 11 hours of care per day (Raggi, Tasca, Panerai, Neri, & Ferri, 2015). The number of male caregivers has steadily risen since the 1970’s as women have entered the workforce and their income has become important to help support the family (Greene & Hunt, 2017). Female family members often view providing care as a familial role and because of this, they delay or do not seek formalized support until their burden has progressed to a point at which they cannot function properly as the primary caregiver…
