Ah, another beautiful day on St. George Island. We were spending a week on the island in a big plantation house with family, like usual. My family was getting ready for the beach and we were about to head on the boardwalk, when my Papa shouted, “Dolphins! There are so many dolphins near the beach!”. We all ran down to the beach on the thick, brown boardwalk as fast as we could. We didn't even think twice about setting up the umbrellas and chairs. All 20 of us ran to the shore and looked out at the breathtaking ocean in front of us. There they were, the big blue bottlenose dolphins, less than 20 feet from the sand.
