St. David Medical Center is one of the few healthcare organizations to ever won the Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award. My preceptor, Ms. Sandra Fly is a Senior Director of Quality at St. David’s Medical Center. My supervisor is Jessica Sifuentes and her current position is Senior Data Analyst. Both my preceptor and my supervisor were very helpful and played a critical role in the successful completion of my residency. All other managers and employees at St. David’s Medical Center showed compassion, empathy and respect towards me. Moreover, they took the time out of their busy days to explain certain critical procedures and work processes.
