St. Anthony of Padua was a courageous and smart saint. He was also more unique than a lot of other saints as well. He was privileged but faithful and was awarded for his efforts. Despite becoming blessed with the gift of wealth he was able to use it wisely and not abuse it like other people might've done. My applause goes to Anthony and hopefully to yours as well. My goal for this paper is for you to get to go know Anthony and hopefully go through his life for birth to his canonize day for you to fully understand his faithful life.

One story that was told talks about him and other Friars talking at a church in the Dominican republic. The church asked them to hold homily but they weren't prepared. They asked the Dominican born Friars but they refused. So Anthony step up to the plate and was told to talk about the Holy Spirit in anyway he knew how. Story tells us that he held listener attention like no other. Everyone in the church was impressed with his knowledge of the scripture, despite being unprepared. Due to this he was sent around you're up to places like Bologna, Romania and many other local churches.

Saint Anthony is patron saint too many, but is mainly known for being patron saint of finding things. He is known for this because of an incident that occurred in Bologna. It starts with Saint Anthony carrying the book of Psalms containing hundreds of notes and comments that were very close to him. It also had a lot of money value. Soon after seeing it was lost, Anthony started pray that the book would come back to him. The thief felt bad and returned it almost immediately.
