SSG Wilson falsified his PCS award o/a 15 Jul. Additionally, he also submitted the documents to HHC, as if performed the work equivalent to the performance of an MSM. His behavior a blatant act of misconduct and he is being counseled in accordance with AR 635-200, paragraph 1-16. Any further misconduct, inappropriate actions, or deficiencies in your performance may result in punitive action under the UCMJ and/or initiation of separation AR 635-200.
