There are several reasons that SSG Johnson should re-class to 13B. One of which is career progression in the Field Artillery. Currently there is only two E7 position in the MN Army National Guard. With only two position for SSG Johnson to be promoted in to, there is a concern for him not wanting to continue his career if he is not able to progress to the next rank. The other reason that SSG Johnson would do great re-classing to a 13B is his ability to teach. SSG Johnson is a great teacher and has proven that time after time. With SSG Johnson working on the gun line he could teach the other 13B what is going on in the FDC, well still teaching them there jobs as a 13B. His ability to teach more than one aspect of the Field Artillery would make
