Hi Dr. Moon, In the material I reviewed, not much was discussed on the midstream marketing for social change on binge drinking. It was recess at L. B. Clarke Middle School. I was in 5th grade and me and my friends were playing “Infectious,” a modified version of tag that we had come up with. Caster, the most athletic boy in 5th grade, began to throw pinecones at those who were playing the game, though it was against the rules. Despite the protests of me and other players, he continued, arrogantly. His “friends,” though they were more of a posse joined in.…

It was in Peoria, an excruciating hot day. An insipid yellow light surrounded the hallways, as the unappealing smell of dirt circulated through the vents of Centennial High School. All of the students sat at their desks, wearing a very widespread variety of clothes. Each student possessed a different style of shirt, exposing some forearm or shoulder. In one classroom sat one girl who exposed her whole shoulder, due to be punished within the next minute or two.…

A young woman had just arrived for her first day of school and begun to stroll down the sidewalk, but her easygoing expression had soon been stricken with fear. Had I not known better, I could have believed that I was witnessing a rock concert; however, nothing but rage and hatred derided from the crowd. As a sophomore myself, I did not much care for trying to wade through a crowd of that size and temperament. The night prior, nothing but gossip filled the air about “Why does it have to be his school that has to be first?” It wasn’t until years later that I could possibly understand the gravity of the situation before me, but at the time I simply saw her as another peer.…
