Both watching and playing all different types of sport during the course of my life has always popped thoughts into my mind about how our body works and how to get the most out of it to suit our sporting activities, this is what leads to me to want to pursue a career in sports science. I have also always taken measure for me and others to prevent bad diet and fitness related injuries since I acquired tennis elbow and shin splints within a couple of months of each other which made me focus more on injury prevention within sports.
