“Listen up people!” The coach strutted back and forth staring at each and every player. “Only 19 of you will make the team, so play your absolute hardest out there. In order to make the team all you have to do is score on me, one-on-one. Sounds easy right?” He pauses as his eyes land on the only girl. “Miss, what’s your name?” The girl stepped forward.
“Olympia.”
“Ok Olympia, let’s see what you can do.” With that the coach walked over to the goal and Olympia got ready with her ball. She dribbled not even five steps when the coach interrupted her. “Ok, I´ve seen enough.”
“What?! I haven't even started?” Olympia exclaimed.
“And if you did something even remotely impressive do you really think I’m going to let a weak little girl play on MY soccer

Caroline Pla has played football since she was five, but the all-star offensive guard has now been told this will be her last season with the Romans in Bucks County due to an 'all boys' rule. 'I felt that they thought I wasn't good enough,' Caroline, a sixth grader, told Fox 29. 'It was discrimination, it just didn't feel good. Finally, Billie King competed against Bobby Riggs in the match called “the Battle of the Sexes”. Wikipedia says King accepted a challenge to play Riggs for $100,000. Billie King, who was 29, beat Bobby Riggs, who was 55, 6-4, 6-3, 6-3. The worldwide TV audience was estimated to be around 50 million people plus the 30,492 spectators. The match is considered a very significant event in developing greater recognition and respect for women’s tennis. It doesn’t make sense why females aren’t allowed to play on boy’s sports team when they please even though there are some females who have and are playing with and against
