My family has influenced me by expecting me to act incredibly mature from a young age and constantly holding me responsible for a high level of achievement. I am the oldest child and have two brothers and one sister. Therefore, I am held to the highest standard and receive the most responsibility. I am expected to constantly display Christ-like character, have quality friends, and excel in school, as well as any of my extracurricular activities. Because of my familial role I have grown to be a strong, yet comforting, force among my siblings and my friends. I have been dubbed the “Mother” of my friend group, for constantly being the voice of reason and making sure that they stay out of trouble. Being the “Mother” has also benefited my life with my parents and my friend’s parents. My friend’s parents now trust me and expect me to keep their child out of trouble. As a result of being mature at a young age, I receive numerous offers for babysitting jobs because of my well known responsibility and am often placed in leadership positions. On the other hand, in my own home, I have earned enough of my parents trust that they trust me with their debit card, babysitting my siblings, and representing them at formal events. Sports are a very important piece of society because of how many people they reach. A huge number of people participate in athletics, so we are able to see each team 's morals through how the coaches and players act. Additionally, education is very critical to the growth and development of society. Since almost everyone is exposed to some level of education, society is able to grow and prosper through the individuals who use their education to benefit others. Lastly, family is one of the most important building blocks for society. Family is the base that every person builds off of throughout life. People are likely to share their family’s morals and beliefs, so it is important that the family is strong in their beliefs. Societal factors affect different people in different ways.
