Having a sports drink in your diet is something more people should take into consideration. Water is obviously much more healthier for everyday use and it should have no calories at all. But at the same time Sports drinks do offer more if the consumer is doing a sport or a physical activity. In Source A, there are different examples to showing when you should have water or the sports drink. It says, " People should have water before a workout or when they are under 60 minutes, and for better fluid replacement." It also says, " People should have a sports drink for more appealing flavor or to replace electrolytes and carbohydrates and if your workout lasts longer than 60 minutes." Those are the reasons when sports drinks are better than water
