Maybe it was because my coach had ordered from them a lot, but they were always very respectful and helped us out on a lot of occasions where sizes were switched up. I remember once when my coach had ordered from Dicks Sporting Goods and one of my teammates received the wrong headband they would not accept it back. They tried to make my coach pay the entire price again just to get a new headband when it was their mistake to begin with. Companies have to pay attention to the things they do because they can get a bad reputation and customers will not continue to buy from
