Sports medicine gives knowledge of internal and external system of a player, it also tells that how much capacity is there to perform work.what effect of exercise is on anatomy and physiology, for eg. Cardiac output

Growth and development of body is dependent on proper amount of food.what should be there in Pre game diet, during game diet and post game diet. It should be according the game for eg. Diet of a long runner should be different and diet of a hammer thrower should be different

When in practice time or during game a player get injured with injuries like sprain , aggression strain etc and has to stay on rest or away from game,after recovery from injury there are certain exercise which an individual has to perform to get back to there game or which make them again fit to perform the game or event again
