Controversy exists over whether universities should spend comparable amount of money to sport activities and social performances. In my vantage point, sport and social activities are of paramount importance for the students in that not only do they offer many health benefits, but also they teach teamwork and help people achieve their goals.
One of the significant facets of the current discussion which demands a serious hindsight is that sports play an indispensable role in one’s life in other words doing exercise helps to be remain healthy.
