Spongebob's Good Qualities

Many superb leaders have good qualities, and this is what makes them that superb leader. Having good qualities can make you successful. Nobody wants to hire or hang around somebody with bad qualities that are always getting them into trouble. Having good qualities for leadership is important because, you need them to be successful and no one wants to hire someone that is always getting into trouble. When you have the qualities that are best used to lead, you are more likely to be the one chosen to lead that. For example in spongebob, squidward is just a old grouchy worker while spongebob is happy to work and always has a smile on his face, so he is always chosen for employee of the month because he gets along with everyone and gets the job done. Another example using spongebob would be plankton, no one in town likes plankton because he has bad qualities like trying to steal the secret krabby patty formula or taking over the world, but everyone knows spongebob and like him because he has good qualities like being kind respectful and courteous. You know how you always see homeless people on the side of the street in places like houston? Well those people most of the time had bad qualities so no one wants them to work for them, and now they are stuck in the lowest class. Don't get me wrong some of those people have good qualities but they just jumped on a train that pushed them right back of leaving them in the middle of nowhere. when you get a job and your boss realizes you have a quality of being lazy they are not gonna like that and may decide to get rid of you before the other employees see that he gets away with it so they could to.
