Speaking in front of many people is also an obstacle for me because my spoken English is not very well. However, stepping out of our comfort zone is critical for us to learn how to express our opinions and communicate with other people. The growth mindset will definitely help us in breaking the wall of fear of new environment. I agree with your opinion on sharing ideas with others because sharing makes people know each other better and helps us to built a better interaction.
