Providing Miles with a feeding tool that engages both sides, such as a two handled cup, would force Miles to use both hands while eating. This will also help him with developing gross and fine motor skills and increase his sensory awareness of his right side. Another perceived concern with Miles is that, due to his lack of sensory awareness, he may not be eating his food when it is at an appropriate temperature.
