Shayan stressed that the team should perform the daily assigned tasks to convince the customer that we are willing and capable of dong every task without interruption. He added that the three of us would work overtime for the duration of Spogmay leave; everyone will be paid 10 hours overtime. Amr also mentioned that we will be paid overtime if the customer approves it. Since both Jawaid and Wali have small children to take care of, I proposed that we should work the extra hours from home; every one will follow the regular work hours and do the extra two hours from home. I know it is possible because not all the works need to be done in the office. But Shayan said that we should either come two hours early or stay two hours late in the office. He even mentioned that we do not have monitoring capability to make sure if those working from are actually working at home. Jawaid and Wali came to my office and we talked about what and how to do it. Seemingly both had liked the idea of working the overtime work at home and insisted that, since they have kids, they cannot come early or stay late and asked me to inform Shayan of their decision.
