I am residing at 1421 Splinter Rock Way. I have called in a request for the stove to be repaired. I was called by Emilio the Maintence man who was going to come and check the out the stove. Emilio called, confirmed he was coming, then called back and cancelled.
He said he would come out tomorrow as he had other maintence requests and could not get out at the time he thought. Emilio came out three days after his call. Emilio looked over the stove, said it is the thermostat and phoned a repair shop to come out and fix my stove. The repair shop said they could not take any more requests from Progress until you paid your balance of $8835.21. Emilio said he would contact his super and get back to me.
