1. Capacity Expansion :- Spirotech has recently acquired a 40,000 sq. mt. industrial plot as part of its expansions strategy Construction at the site is expected to begin at the end of July 2011. Operations at the facility are anticipated to start in 2nd quarter of 2012. An additional 200,000 sq. ft. is available for future expansion. Operating capacity to reach 1.5mn units with the commencement of operations at the Kaharani unit in mid 2012. Operating capacity to reach 5mn coils per annum by 2016
This allows expansion in either existing or new product categories in the HVAC&R segments

2. Introduction of New Products :- The company aspires to become a Tier 1 supplier in the HVAC&R Industry by bundling coils

Promotions of Activities relating to Planation of Trees, Shrubs and ground cover,, Conservations of natural resources, promoting sanitation and health care.
c. Assisting in providing education, shelter tochildren, orphans, differently abled, senior citizens and conducting various welfare programs etc.
d. Contribution to various Reliefs, Welfare Funds constituted for safety of children, women, orphans, senior citizens etc. under Government Departments.
e. Taking proactive measures for the well-being of societyas per needs.

Implementation:

a) The investment in CSR should be project based and for every project time framed periodic mile stones should be finalized at the outset.

b) Project activities identified under CSR are to be implemented by Specialized Agencies and could be made to work singly or in tandem with other agencies.

c) Such specialized agencies would include any one or more of the following:

1. Voluntary Agencies (NGOs)
2. Trusts
3. Societies

VII. MONITORING

a). In the end of every financial year Board of Directors of Company should review the implementation of CSR Policy.

b). Company shall include a separate point in Annual Report on the implementation of CSR activities/project including the facts relating to physical and financial
