As a growing teenage girl, Irate myself a five o the spiritual health. In Spirituality, I feel at peace with myself because every night I pray to God and talk about how my day went and the troubles it brought. As I say my prayers, I feel the weight of stress from the day slowly lift from my shoulders. Since, I box regularly, play other sports, don't do drugs and never get sick I would say I'm a five in physical health. I'm a five in intellectual health because I'm able to make decisions on my own and set goals for myself for the future. I'm a 5 in environmental health because I know how to protect myself from the dangers in the environment. Moreover, I am a 4 in psychological health because I am aware of other people's feelings but
