One question that I wrestled with was, “which of my sins hurt the people in my life”? This was a difficult question to face because God was destroying my false image and helping me see myself for who I truly was. Upon asking those type of questions of ourselves we will begin to shred the lies, deception, and falsehood that has kept us away from our truth. A practice I have been participating in for a good portion in my life. As stated by Adele Calhoun “there is no right way to journal” (Calhoun. p. 66). Once, I felt my journal needed to be kept neat, and with clear penmanship.
