Subject: Customer Complaints
During our recent evaluation of our production process we notice a decline in sales for the month of August which the results were coming from the installation crew and was reflected on Installation Department Monthly Report. I cannot express the importance that we improve on our quality and cut costs as well as meeting all demands on our handrail manufacturing procedures to ensure we that we meet all goals of customer satisfaction from a team point of view. Remember the overall mission of this company falls in each every one of us as employees and in order for us sustain a successful operation, we must continue to implement (TQM) Total Quality Management in our daily process to avoid situations that might hinder our company reputation in the future.
