This letter is a formal request to appeal a speeding ticket. I received a ticket in Kleberg County for speeding at 97 mph when the speed limit was 75 mph on December 22, 2016. The citation number is (r153) TX4S890MHN1Y. The license plate of my car is GMC6802
On December 22, 2016 I began driving alone from Austin, Texas to my home in Los Fresnos, Texas. When I arrived in the Kingsville area, a black Subaru sport car began tailing me for no reason. For at least ten miles this muscular man with black sunglasses would get close to my rear. I got nervous and scared because I had never been followed before and I sped up trying to distance myself from him. I was pulled over and told the officer about the circumstances.
