Any person who is interested in health and weight management probably wants to know, How do I speed up my metabolism?
Some days there is no time to fit in a workout during the week. People are so busy these days and it may be hard to workout for even thirty minutes. If only there were 25 hours in a day so much more could be accomplished.

1. WEIGHT TRAINING
If you have enough time to hit the gym, I would suggest doing a quick workout in the weight room before hitting the treadmill. 2. GET ENOUGH SLEEP

Your metabolism will function better if you try to eat six smalls meals every 2-3 hours rather than eating 3 large meals throughout the day. This will prevent your body from going into "starvation mode." The body rebels by burning muscle instead of fat.
