I strongly believe my passion for the field combined with my previous graduate experience, accomplishments, and professional experiences will be an asset to the Speech Language Pathology graduate program at Tennessee State University. I have obtained the skills and technical foundation necessary to be a successful student in this distinguished graduate program. My life would be fulfilled, by not only living out my dream of becoming a licensed speech pathologist, but also knowing that I will be making a significant contribution by helping individuals do what most of us take for granted; the ability to effectively communicate, swallow, and most importantly, participate in ordinary communication.
