Concussions in a blink of an eye
Who would've thought that falling off the bars could land such signification injury.
Concussions don't seem like a huge deal until you get one.
Before I had my concussion my life was great, I could go to school and do gymnastics. I could do the regular things that 5th graders did like go to gymnastics practice, go on my phone and school iPad, and I could go to school and do school work.
The day I got my concussion I was using my grips at gymnastics for the first time on bars. I was jumping from the low bar to the high bar and I was so excited that I was using my grips I guess I wasn't thinking. When my grips grabbed onto the high bar my fingers grabbed the bar and my feet swung in front of me and then I flew
