You'll be grilling or baking your meats for the most part and with vegetables you can steam, sauté them in a healthy oil, such as olive oil, or bake them. And, of course, you can eat almost as many raw vegetables and fruits as you want.
Does that sound difficult to you?
Myth 3: I won't be able to start until Monday or until after the holidays are over or until after vacation or until hell freezes over.
Be honest with yourself. Can you make a commitment to a healthy lifestyle or not?
This change in your daily routine doesn't involve counting calories or drinking cabbage juice or giving yourself enemas. It's simply selecting and preparing from a list of foods that are healthy and will make you feel energetic and
