That they achieve higher than expected and respect one another and themselves. When a child’s education is put first it shows that the teacher and the school wants to help more children excel daily. A school’s goals and values are important for all that work there as well as attend. It is not just for the students because staff and administration need to respect one another as well.
The administration is not more important or any less important than a teacher because one without the other a school would not be able to run efficiently and retain order. I think we all should work as a team to make sure the students are put first and kept in a safe and caring environment. So, their attitude should be respectful and grateful because it takes a lot to be a teacher. Just as much as it takes to work in the administrator’s office so it should be a mutual thing.
I would to be able to be as creative and fun as possible but also within reason. Every school has their rules for many different reasons. I would not want complete free range but would want to be able to branch out and not be turned down if I wanted to let my children have class outside. However, I should respect why they do things the way they do because I am asking to teach at their school and they do not have to hire me. So, in a sense this should be a mutual relationship as well because without a teacher they are a person short and without a job my bills do not get
