Thanksgiving, a holiday deeply rooted in American culture, is celebrated in accordance with the applicable tradition and rituals. Closely related to the tradition of first immigrants, Thanksgiving does not undergo any fashions and fluctuations. Thanksgiving Turkey has to be big ( 19 lbs) to feed 20 people and to provide much more food than during the regular meal (Friends). Me and three of my friends surveyed each other and we talk to each other about are Thanksgiving traditions and what we do with our families and friends. We compared it with the traditions the early americans did and what we found was totally different from what happens now. One thing that was different they do not watch football, ride golf carts, go karts or anything like that. My Aunt Lori prepares most of the traditional food that is made, but all I know is that it would not be a real Thanksgiving if she did not have a big bowl of her ranch green beans prepared for us. My mother makes the mac and cheese that was my father’s, mom’s recipe, and it is absolutely delicious. While food is cooking, my cousins and I play all sorts of board games, then our parents, and even grandparents, join in. It is a great feeling to know that you are surrounded by such good people. When speaking to Isuara “Mikaela” Carro, she seemed to be very busy with her little nephew. We began talking about our plans for Thanksgiving and what we will be doing throughout the day. The time I went to Tennessee It was close to the end of the of November and my little brother's birthday was on the 21st of November. The arrival of fall is approaching and my excitement is shouting . The feeling of goosebumps start to go up and down my arms when I walk outside enough to give me chills, the breeze moves my hair in a gentle way. The theme of death is evident in countless works of literature. Kazuo Ishiguro develops this theme in his short story, “A Family Supper” in a unique and effective way. " A Family Supper" foreshadows by informing the reader that there is a possibility of another death occurring in addition to the death of the narrator’s mother. Hospitality To begin the project on Hospitality, I read a couple of articles. The first, Hospitality – a Very Christian Virtue by Gill Robins, talked about the Biblical sense of hospitality and how we are to accept and include others. She gave some examples of how a lack of hospitality can lead to conflict between people. Robins’ article did not emphasize what to do to be hospitable, as much as why we are to be hospitable.…
