Special Circumstance Analysis

Decent Essays
A special circumstance that affects my family's ability to fund my college expenses has to do with my father's disease Multiple Sclerosis. Being handicapped my father cannot walk and support us financially. My mother is the only one working in my family but I hope to apply to scholarships so she can use her money to help pay bills and handicap equipment.
