CHAPTER 1
COMPANY BACKGROUND

1.1 HISTORY
Special was established in 2012 as an in depended company. Special was registered in commercial record on 10th January 2012. The owner of special auto cosmetics is Ali ALahmed.
Special auto cosmetics has participated in many projects in the Kingdom and is still taking part in serving and improving productivity and providing services with high efficiency. Although Special is a new company in the business but it proved itself by solving many rare and difficult cases.

The most important objective of my training was to put the theory part of my study in the practical manner, to complete my training program properly. Develop new solution to important problems by question techniques with learner.
Applying master skills by completing all task that the trainer teaches me before. Provide specific descriptive and behavioral feedback to the learner about performance. Try to get easy technique for better communications. 2.3 IMPORTANCE OF ON THE JOB TRAINING
The world is developing and updating daily in the business and the company should have innovation in the nature of the work and good communications with the customers, so they should train the staff and trainers perfectly so they can easily compete with other companies locally and globally.
Another importance of job training is to keep the employee motivated and improve their skills and knowledge, so they can be new investment for the employer.
Training can be used to create Positive attitude during the work, so they can improve their skills in company.
As it is cheaper to train existing employee tan new ones, so training can be cost

CHAPTER 3 EVALUATION OF PRACTICUM EXPERIENCES

3.1 INSIGHT GAINED FROM ALL PHASES OF OJT
I learn how to be an effective and teamwork in the work. Submit the best working during the training program. Try to give the best service to the customers and communicate with them in any time in the work. Respect the people in the culture and not embarrass them. Try to apply what I learned in the university in my work place of course after authorization from my managing director. To be respected person with other in the company and not be overtaking the employees’ rights. Maintaining the secrets of work and future charts.

3.2 PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED
The major problem was when I got the good deficient or with damage, in this cases
My experience was not enough to solve these troubles. And the anther issues when the customer reject the order after buying from the dealer.

3.3 SOLUTIONS OFFERED
To set rules between the company and dealers to support the customer with the damage goods. In case of rejection from the customers after ordering parts the dealer should support the company to return back the unused
