Please accept this application for consideration by the Spartan Strong Student Scholarship Committee. During my lifetime, my family has moved quite often which has benefited me in a way where I have learned to adapt to change, and make the best out of every situation and always have a positive insight to life. This positive attitude is what lead me to being a Strong Spartan and adapt to the new community of C.W Perry. Having joined C.W Perry in my grade 7 year, being a new spartan has taught me many characteristics, and exposed me to new challenges that have caused me to discover new strengths within my self. I have used my outgoing, hardworking, passionate, and determined personality to be a spartan role model and leader in my school environment. Being a quick learner, I had absorbed the Spartan Strong characteristics the day I had stepped into the outstanding atmosphere of C.W …show more content…
I participate and promote various spirit days and school activities with great enthusiasm as I am part of the student council. I have joined various clubs and sports teams which includes (Jr. A Basketball, Grade 7 & 8 Jr. A Badminton). Being part of the first Mathathon at this school helped me gain more confidence, and realization of the support, and appreciation I receive by my fellow school members. During my time at C.W Perry I have managed to achieved Honours with distinction every term by always demanding excellence of myself. I have taken up various challenges and leadership roles offered to me by my teachers, and continued to connect and collaborate with others in a polite, respectful and considerate manner. I am always willing to help my peers in their school work as I believe in the inner potential and strengths each one of my peers have.
